These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TheGoodCarat.com (the “Site”), operated by FAR INNOVATIONS LLC (previously SHAFI TRADING LLC) (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Site.

Once your order is accepted, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If your order is declined after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund for the full amount paid.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable purchase price, shipping fees, taxes, and other costs to the payment method you provide. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1. Shipping

We offer various shipping options, which are outlined at checkout. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be added to your order and displayed prior to payment. We strive to meet estimated delivery times; however, shipping times may vary based on your location and external factors such as carrier delays, holidays, or customs processes.

3.2. Risk of Loss

All purchases from TheGoodCarat.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

3.3. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees applicable in your jurisdiction. By placing an international order, you agree to comply with all local laws and regulations regarding the importation of goods.

4. Return and Refund Policy

4.1. Return Eligibility

We offer a hassle-free return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it up to within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all packaging and documentation intact.
• Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Loose Diamonds purchased without set in a ring, have a 14 days return window.
• Engagement Rings/settings whether or not set with a diamond, have a 7 day return window and attract a 15% re-stocking fee.
• Other jewelries are final sale. However, all items sold are backed by our quality guarantee.
• In case of a final sale that may have a manufacturing fault, we reserve the right to first repair or replace the defected item before a refund is processed.

4.2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. You will receive a return authorization code and other instructions on how to package the items properly for return. Insure and ship the items to the address provided to you by the service team. We do require that you insure the package for full value of the parcel along with signature delivery. Please do not mention The Good Carat anywhere on the return parcel.

4.3. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. Ownership of Content

All content on TheGoodCarat.com, including but not limited to text, images, designs, logos, videos, and software, is the exclusive property of FAR INNOVATIONS LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or otherwise exploit any content without our express written permission.

5.2. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Site or its content.
