While the diamond itself isn’t physically available for viewing, these videos and certifications provide all the transparency you need to make an informed decision. We can also ship the diamond to you for viewing and then set it into the jewelry, however shipping costs associated with this would be customer’s responsibility.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, the order may already be processed, in which case you will need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return according to our return policy.

TheGoodCarat fully insures every order that is shipped from our facility. For added security, all shipments are sent with a ‘signature required’ option. If you won’t be available to sign for your package, you can choose “FedEx On Hold” at checkout to have your order held at the nearest FedEx location for pickup.
